General instruction about shipping and delivery.

Delivery time: Total Delivery Time = Order Processing Time + Domestic Logistics Shipping Time + International Logistics Shipping Time

 

Processing and shipping time estimates do not account for holidays. Shipping costs may increase depending on weight, volume, zip code, and the shipping method, but the average shipping cost will decrease as order quantity increases.

 

Order Processing Time

Before shipping your order, usually, ANGOUBEBE needs 1-7 days to prepare your order, do strict quality-control tests, and carefully package the items. In peak season, and for large orders, or for private label orders, it may take a longer time than usual. In practice, each special objective situation may cause a delay, so each order's processing time is different.

 

Domestic Logistics Shipping Time

It usually takes 1-3 days for domestic logistics processing before international shipping. This is because the logistics companies need time to prepare your order for international shipping, and also because many orders need to transit in Hong Kong for international shipping. Because of this situation, it is normal that the order has been sent to the shipping company but didn't provide the tracking number on the same day, and it is also normal that the tracking number is provided but not updated within a few days.

 

International Logistics Shipping Time

 

We support delivering to 200+ countries. The shipping method can be selected at checkout. 

 

Typical international logistics shipping time: Within 3-7 days to US, UK, Canada, Australia, Japan, Europe Union by DHL, UPS, or FedEx; 4-12 days to US, UK, Canada, Australia, Japan, Europe Union by YunExpress or 4PX Special Line. 

 

If your order amount is more than US$2000, and if you don't mind a little slower shipping speed, you may consider shipping by Air + Local Express Delivery, or shipping by Sea + Local Express Delivery. It can save your shipping cost and you even don't need to pay any customs duty for large orders. In addition, you can consider using your own shipping solution.

You can choose to pick up the cargo from our factory in China by yourself or your forwarder. You can also choose to send the cargo to your warehouse or forwarder in China. In these cases, please contact info@angoubebe.com before placing an order.

 

Other international shipping methods:

 

Standard shipping (EMS ePacket service) usually takes 2-3 weeks. (temporarily delisted)

* Package shipped via EMS ePacket is relatively slow and needs a longer time to deliver, and the package weight limit is 2 kg, and it is only available to 39 countries. Please kindly understand. 

 

Standard shipping (China Post Air Mail service) usually takes 2-5 weeks. (temporarily delisted)

* Package shipped via China Post Air Mail is relatively slow and needs a longer time to deliver, and the package weight limit is 2 kg, and it is available to 200+ countries.  

 

International Shipping Notes:

* Customs fees may be required for some international orders, which will be different in each country. The customer is responsible for all customs fees. 

* Please be aware that there is a possibility of a delay on all international orders. Due to logistics peak season, COVID-19, and the different Customs regulations in every country, the estimated delivery time may be influenced and the estimated delivery time shown on our website is provided by the shipping company and it is for reference only. All the above situations of delay are out of our control. For example, the estimated delivery time shown on the checkout page is 3-7 business days, but the actual delivery time may take longer than 3-7 days, it is out of the seller's control. Thanks for your understanding.
